How it works

• Contact us with the reference number, we will hold the €350 deposit and take the property off the market until you come and view
• You have a maximum of 7 days from when you reserve to view the property, if you want to go ahead and purchase the €350 will go towards the full deposit you need to pay to buy the property (see our buying guide)
• If you decide you do not want to buy the property after viewing you will receive a full refund
• If you do not come out and view the property within the 7 day period you will lose your €350 deposit and the property will be re listed
