We are a local independent estate agent for Polaris World resort properties. As we have offices on La Torre Golf Resort and all of our team have lived on the resorts as residents for over five years, we know Polaris World and we want you to benefit from our experience.

We are unlike many of the other Polaris World agents, we do not aim to be biggest. We are proud to be a small independent estate agency which means our overheads are lower, so we can offer the lowest commissions for Polaris World resales. This means we can pass the savings onto the buyer.

The vast majority of our properties are exclusive to our agency and can only be viewed by contacting us directly, no other agent can show you or sell you these properties. The reason we do not work with other agents is to keep our commissions the lowest which means you pay the lowest possible prices.

We only sell properties which come direct to us from either the owner, the banks or directly from Polaris World. The reason why we only sell these properties is so there are no built in commissions from another agent.
